Put girlfriend tank to together but its has a lot of bubbles? I got the skimmer in chamber 1 and I cant seem to jam the heater in there. Live rock rubble in chamber 2 and filter floss in the tray, champer 3 I have chemipure and purigen in the chamber.
All the bubbles are coming out the little return pump? What do I need to do to fix it?

Either the micro bubbles from the skimmer are making it back to the return pump or there is a air/water leak in the plumbing from the return pump to the outlet into the tank.

I cut a hole in the the false bottom of the 1st chamber for my heater, and it fit fine. I also have the BC skimmer in there. I'm not sure if the bottom can be completely removed, but I don't see why you couldn't try.
Maybe the chemipure and purigen are blocking the pumps intake? Try moving stuff around. Is the hose on good? Have you tested the pump out of the tank to see if it still blows bubbles? Maybe it's defective.

There is a false bottom in chamber that if you use a screwdriver and some good pressure on one of the corners it will pop and you can remove it.
