Oceanic Biocube 14g Lighting upgrade....

Hey all, I need a little bit of help. I have been reading and researching a lot about the lighting in the Biocube 14g.. I have stock lighting now, I assumed (silly me) that the stock lighting was sufficient for pretty much everything -- but, after even more research, and some failed livestock -- I have come to realize that it really isn't.
I want to do an upgrade... But, to what? I have seen some places that offer a retrofit kit (LED)s but I have no clue about LEDs.. I have been told I should have about 5w per gallon to be able to have about anything.... The kit I am looking at is about 135$ on a site rapid***.com and the lights that it includes are as follows:
What do LED's equal as far as lighting? Is this enough? Worth the upgrade? I have an anemone that isnt doing very well and I have read and been advised that it is because of lighting.....
Any help will be very appreciated!!!!!

With LED's you can throw watts per gallon out the window. It's all about par readings you want to achieve 400 to 600 par readings, you get that with 3watt LED bulbs. So what you need to know is what wattage are those Cree LED's are and if they have a par readings on there upgrade kit.
