So I left the house this morning and didn't bring my manual. The Oceanic website is not user friendly. Does anyone know the phone to the company? THere should be one listed in the manual if anyone has the manual handy.

Oceanic warranties are now handled by a company called Central Aquatics. Here is the direct link to their "Contact Us" form. (Hope I can post this because it's not a competitor website)

You're welcome! Hope they can help you! I e-mailed them stating my concern over some people saying how the ballasts can burn out and I didn't want to be left with a bad ballast one day and waiting days/weeks for one to come in. Guess what? They ended up sending me THREE of them! LOL!
