one of my ballasts blew on my bc14.
they have 1 year warranty on them.
had to do some major digging around for their contact info. got the #, called, and all they need is a copy of my recpt and my address and a new ballast will be on the way.

i just found out that they merged with AGA and Coralife, now under Central Aquatics, or something like that.
