Ocell. Vs. Percula

I was always under the impression that Oce. were the smaller of the two. Michael's pocket guide has the Percula as the smallest. Is this a typo or just one of the many hundred false impressions I'm under in this hobby.

Ocellars can get around 3", but perculas rarely pass 2.5".
