I got this skimmer a couple of weeks ago and it doesn't seem to work properly. I can't adjust it to get the proper flow into the cup. It seems to either hardly fill the cup or fill it in 10 minutes. I've been trying to tweek the pipe just right, but haven't been even close to successful. Anyone else have experience with this skimmer?

I have the Msx 250, basically the same. How long have you had it running? Are you using pinwheels or mesh? And what is the water depth?
Also, not to sound rude, but are you sure it is assembled right, as in are all of the pipes and fittings where they are supposed to be so that the output is not too deep and so forth?
