I want to start off by saying THANK YOU SO MUCH. The great ppl on this forum have help me so much.
I am thinking about starting a new tank for probably just an octopus or maybe once other thing that it wont kill. What all would I need for this tank. Size?LR?BR?LS?Filters? And also what can live with an octopus? Eels?

Hi there,
In my experience, working with wild caught octopi here's my 2 cents.
Tank: (Depend on species) But something very important is that it will need a fixed lid that is inside the tank (plexi is handy) the top will need to be lined with astro turf, the suction cups cannot grip it and it will help keep it from escaping. The overflow will need to be screened off, they are masters of escape and contortion.
Tank Mates: IMO, nothing... They are hunters, they will catch and eat pretty much anything in the tank, they are fast, strong and smart.
LR and LS: Yes! They especially like to have pieces that they can lift and rearrange for themselves.
Toys: They need tons of stimulation or else they devote time to escaping, toddlers puzzle toys are great.
