odd worm becomes food...

I just noticed my tomato clown munching on a big fat worm. The think is brown, about 5 inches long, has little leg looking things on its side--too short to be legs, and has a head (or butt) shaped like an almond. Should I let them enjoy this snack or get it out of there? It doesn't look like a bristle or peanut. I cannot believe I have never seen this thing before. What else lurks in there?

I just did a search and it looks like a ribbon worm or nemertean. Does this mean anything to anyone?
Edit---Nope, it is a peanut worm, found some better pics. They get big! Is it cool to let me clean-up crew handle this or should I?
