off topic YYEESSSSSS!!

:) we finally moved! after all the hurdles of dealing with lenders, it is done. we even had a lender tell us that because of the lack of credit info for the last two years, they couldn't fund the loan.
i had spent the last two years turning the household into debt free, cash/carry only. paid off some large bills and bought a newer family van ('01 chevy 15 passenger. hooyah!) for the growing family with cash.:)
but the socal housing market is getting silly on the prices....  had to take the plunge and leave the rental behind. cool deal there, but having 1 of 3 bathrooms shut down for two months because of a "possible black mold issue" was the final push to the home purchase. we purchased a very cool house w/ a very very good view.
for my next/new tank i've got direct garage wall access to route all the plumbing out to the garage (noise/repair mess) and i've got the ok not only to do a larger reef tank:) but the mandate (from the wife, of course :D ) to replace the junky, but faithful '87 740 volvo turbo. (241,000 miles) she hadn't ridden in it for over two years and was shocked about how hammered out it was.
so....off to do the two above daddy projects...

thx for the replies. oxjuice, i'm not exactly sure of the gallons yet, but the pprox size will be 5'L x 2'W x 2'H (180 gal?) with the old 125 gallon in the garage as a resevoir/equipment dump. total gallons might be in the 250 range.
