Oh no, not another Prizm question....

I've seen loadsa questions about prizms and bubble, but can't find the answer to this one.
My tank is almost 2 years old, 42g and fairly well stocked.
The prizm worked fine for a while but now it's gone ape.
To stop it putting bubbles in the tank I have to have it turned down so low that there is hardly a fizzle in the neck of the chamber. It is hardly producing any bubbles there and definitley no foam.
If I turn it up, I get bubbles in the tank.
I know this happens on set up, but mine has been running fine for a while but has now started doing this. I've tried leaving it but the bubbles drive me crazy when it is day after day after day....

try putting some foam in the outlet area, just an idea

Take it apart for a thourough cleaning, clean the air inlet hose with some vinegar, and when you set it up turn it up as high as you can, without the bubbles going under the baffle to the last chamber before the water exits.
