This is something brown all over my LR . wHAT IS IT?? alge? is this bad?? How do i get rid of it.

if you have a newly setup tank, then it is most likely diatoms...
don't worry it is completely normal...as you tank matures it will go away...

Hey,
It varies from tank to tank on how long the diatoms last. Usually depends on how much lr and other filtration you have.
I would get a few snails, like 6 or so, and a couple hermits and maybe an emerald crab for starters. See how they do and see how your tank progresses before getting a whole clean-up crew. This method worked well for me anyway.

This is all part of your tank going through it's cycle, it will go away in time some good snails will do the trick. Good Luck
