OHHHHH NOOOO please help ASAP

I woke up this morning and found my yellow tang stuck on his side by my "Powerhead 802" He could have been stuck that way for hours
It left a huge red mark on his side In a since I guess sort of like a hickey would dont laugh its not funny
Heres a pic please please please tell me what I should do

Make sure that all of your PH intakes are covered with a foam cover or a screen. What type of PH's do you have?
Is this fish eating? If so, be sure that you offer him the best possible diet that you can at this point, that is soaked in zoecon.
Keep an eye out to see if he deteriorates. If so, he'll need to be moved to a quarantine tank.
For now, though, just a lot of TLC.

What do you mean watch to see if he deteriorates? The only power head I have on this tank right now was the powerhead 802. Right now I dont have it on anymore.
