I think i've finally decided after months of research and changing of my mind, who is going to inhabit my tank... In my 55g fowlr i'm going to have....
1 goldstriped maroon clown
1 blue damsel
1 sixline wrasse
1 forktail blenny
1 bi-color angel
1 flame hawkfish
1 swales swissguard basslet
1 mandarin gobie (after a year or so)
does anyone see any potential problems with this bunch?
I currently have a blood red shrimp... will the hawkfish eat him? or when they say they eat shrimp do they mean brine shrimp? also I'm tempted to get into corals later on, all but the angel are reef safe. so i guess i'm just wondering how much of a pain corals are. they seem like a lot of work. Anyways, my tank is completely cycled, i'm going to wait another month or so before i add anything, let me know what ya think. tks

if the shrimp is small and the hawkfish is large then there might be a problem. Your bioload might be a little heavy, id probably take away the angel. It would be the largest fish of the group. Good Luck in the future.

I agree with the statement above about the bio-load, you may want to cut 1 or 2 selections you have made, or I think the tank will be overcrowded and you may have problems.
