I have a 125 gal tank with 3X175 halides with 4X 4' vho. I have always wanted a carpet anemone. Would the lighting be ok for one? 2X mag 7 return and a SEIO 1500 I believe in the tank and want to get one more for circulation.
OK for anemone?

You definately want a little more water circulation in there.
I think you wold be alright with that lighting. Place it in the middle third of the tank for maximal light exposure. If you have pendants, you may want to think about moving the end ones a few inches towards center for a little light overlap in that area of the tank.
