Ok My tank is not as great as all I have seen so far. But just getting started.
My tank has been up for about a year with my little buddies! I have taking all the fake stuff out and gave them a home makover! They love it and tell me so, happy little swimmers! My 52lbs live rock has been set in for about 2 weeks. With lots of caves and open beds under rocks, my little guys will shoot in on the left side, pop out the middle, go in on right and come out where they first started it is very fun to watch!
I am waiting on my new MH lights, 25lbs of more live rock to finish the bare areas. I am very excited about how my tank will look in do time.
So here ya go my "brown tank" with my little buddies that has hung with me from the start.
Anybody know what is attatched to my snail? It is very bright red and very hard will not come off, have one but a little bigger on other snail?

Welcome to the Boards! You will learn a lot here.
Your tank looks like it is doing pretty good! So, why dont you tell us a little about your tank. What is your stock list? Also how big is the tank?

I'd say the red spot on your snail is coralline algae, similar to what is growing on your LR.

Hey the last 2 days I have noticed stuff floating at top of water, looks like white dust?
Closer inspection and it is dead bugs? Toady there is so many it is like a blanket is this bad? My skimmer is on it way, but what could this be?
