Hi,
Sounds to me like you have murderer n your midst. What other creatures coexist in your tank? Something isn't getting along with his fellows.
Its not always the water.

but i need those to keep my corals healthy.
wha else could be wrong?
I doubt that. Don't believe the marketing hype.
Spend your money on test kits. Let us know the trace element levels.
How long has the tank been going and what are the inhabitants?
Have you tested Ammonia?
What other waterflow do you have besides the skimmer and the filter?

I am guessing you are not keeping any crazy corals in your tank...Most corals just need water changes to keep the levels in check. You may be overdosing your tank.

A tank your size, water changes will supply everthing you need. Changing 5 gallons a week should keep everthing in order and cost less than all those additives. If your nitrates and phosphates are in order your could even go 2 weeks and be fine.

How long has the tank been running. How long did you cycle before adding critters? Are you use RO water? Is there a window in the immediate vicinity of the tank (direct sunlight)?
So many questions, so little time

Yes, tangs have no business being in a tank that small. Could it be that the tangs got stressed, died and caused an ammonia spike in the tank? I know, another question.

I literally cringed at this post. Please do some research before adding anything else to your tank.

when you say all your levels are OK what does that mean?
you must have high phosphate if you're having an algae problem
what was the last thing you did b4 they died?
if you over fed you may have had an ammonia spike and by the time you tested it was broken down to trates
it doesn't take much to kill some fish especially tangs

Pardon my ignorance.
What's a crazy coral?

The type of coral that will leave the tank in the middle of the night and make themselves a peanut butter sandwich and a glass of milk. You can tell they've been in your kitchen from the salt spots on the floor where saltwater has evaporated.
Actually, I think the idea was "Lots of large Calcium & Carbonate consuming corals", not a specific species.
