ok to frag sinularia IN tank?

I plan on snipping a small branch off of a leather I have had for 3 months.
Also, do I want to do anything special after I frag it, such as increasing flow to the cut point?
And after I mount the frag, should I add it right back to the DT, or do I want to isolate it? I have a tupperware container with a PH and floros that I can keep it in. If I should isolate, how long?

just snip it in tank, then put the frag back in your DT. a little leather frag isnt going to do any harm.
