So for some reason the plugs in the bathrooms of my house don't work. I flip the breaker thingie and that last a day it seems and then they stop working again! WHY? This is really annoying me. The only things that are plugged into the outlets are a nightlight and a glade plug in smelly thing. There are 4 bathrooms and it happens in all of them. I need to call my landlord about it but I wanted to see if anyone had any ideas because my landlord will probably say that it is caused by lunar alignment or something. So put on your thinking caps! Thanks!

Unplug the "smelly" things, and I bet the problem goes away....
Try it in one room for a test...(as long as it's on a different circute than the rest...)

4 bathrooms different apartments all br on same breaker? If so Breakers need to be upgraded if it is a 20 amp put a 40 in. P.S if it is all on 1 breaker not a good thing that is a fire hazard..

hmmm I assume it I on one breaker... it is 4 bathrooms in a house. There is a switch that is labeled "bathrooms outlets" and that is the one I flip to get everything to work for a day. Sorry I have no ideas about these things, thanks for the help!

The bth outlets are all wired together and on one GFCI breaker. The breakers are made to trip when ever there is moister on something that is pluged in to the out lets that it protects. Its probly not that the thingies are tripping it but the steam and dampness from when the shower or the like steams up the room. Best to try to find ectactly with one is getting damp and not use it.

Definately that Glade thing.......at least thats what I tell my wife when she goes bonkers plugging in a different glade thingie in every room of the house..I start shutting breakers off. I just hate it when I can't smell wet dogs or kitty kitter boxes........

okay i unplugged both of the glade plug in thingies. As for the steam I will have the check this out, only two of the bathrooms are used for showers and niether has a plug close to the shower but of course steam goes everywhere.... I do have one roommate that likes to take 1 hour plus shower (i really don't want to know what she does in there) but I am sure she creates a lot of steam.
