So I have enough money to basically get what ever LED lighting system I want. Problem is...there are a lot of companies out there and I don't know much about them. I have looked at numerous companies and I think I like the Pacific Sun the most. Not sure though. I need guidance and appreciate ANY feedback!! I would like to keep all coral without any restrictions, so powerful lights is a must. I have a 120 gallon 48 x 24 x 24.

I looked at AI's site a while back. Cool site, terrible information. Doesn't give you any specifics, details or models. I have no idea what they cost and couldn't even find out if they have lights that hang or come as a unit with legs. If you have info on this please inform me. I appreciate it.

There is only one "model." It's a modular system. They cost so much because they're made with better materials, and not cheap 1W Chinese knock-off LEDs. I thought their website was pretty informative... Check out Sanjay Joshi's LED article. He tested a lot of the popular LED systems and the AI creamed them all.

They cost about $600/foot. LEDs are pretty easy to DIY for a lot less.

Highest quality hands down is Aquaillumination. You're also going to pay a lot though.
Agree....But the sticker shock!!!!!!

Really? How much are these things? How many units would I need for my dimensions? The Sol's look small.

AI is the best factory made light going......
If you have any buddies or yourself who can wire up lights and stuff you can make one that is far superior to all the factory made lights and make it how you want it for about half the price of a factory made model.
