old lr has new growth

So I noticed new growth on my live rock.. Thought it was eggs but then i noticed it had purple flesh under the white balls. I fed a small piece of food and it ate it swell ing to whatyou see here. I think it looks like a single polyp of a Zoa? I am very curious if anyone has seen anything like this before. Thanks!!

Pseudocorynactis I think. Common name is Caribbean Mushroom. They are usually only seen on the bottom of rocks.

thankyou! Ill look "em up. This small piece of LR was on its side unitl I found the growth so I turned it over and fed it.
