OMG OMG the sky its falling!!!!!
A little dramatic for cloudy water. That is an awful lot of food to cloud it as bad as you say.
Describe the cloudy water. Is the entire colume cloudy or just a portion near the top? what color? Green, Grey, White? Help us out here, we need more info.
Possibile pictures?

ok , Its not calcium precip
Looks like someone just perhaps added topoff too quick or disturbed the bed, that would might explain the possible release of a bit of Amonia. Let the carbon do its thing and recheck everything in a few hours.
Fish are not suffering. Keep your hands out of the tank for now.

Cal and Alk?
Dont worry about listing out copper, mag, or iodine but the Alk/Cal relationship can be a goofy one.
Your sure it isnt just from undesolved salt during a URGENT OMG!! waterchange on the fly?

well i dunno what time it is where u are but it might just be fish nap time :)
i wouldnt be overly concerned. may not hurt to do another 10% change, just make sure its good water and the salt is properly mixed if your mixing it yourself. i forget who said it but the sand getttign stirred up during a top off or change is a pretty good theory.
