? on Actinic bulbs

It's time to replace the 4 t-5 bulbs in my fixture and 2 of them are 420 actinics and 2 are 460 actinics.
Obviously one is bluer than the other but is there a reason to have both?
I think I'm going to try and find the exact replacements as I'm used to the color output and I have good growth but just wondering why the difference in actinics if anyone knows.

Well bought exact replacement bulbs -- they had Reef Blue actinics for double the cost --- but most of my lighting comes from my halides anyways and I don't need any bluer of a look than I already have.
One more question as well -- is it true t-5's that are going out can trip power strips?
