? on water change

? on water change I have a 125 gal tank and need to do my first water change . I'm using RO water and have LR and fish in the tank . Do I need to add Prime or some additive to RO water ? or can I just mix the salt and RO water to the tank . I know to wait 24 hours before adding it to the tank

You can just mix the RO with you salt mix, let it mix for a day and then add it. Most of the water additive other than the onesfor trace elements takes things out of your water. Your RO unit did that already.
