I like the setup, the fish look nice and happy, but the tang will havta go in a while, it will be too large. Wen it starts looking too big, maybe trade it in for a kole tang. U can keep one of those in a tank yer size for a long time. LOL, dont the kids ever try to stick things in it or touch the fish?? Just wondering

:notsure: There's only one Tang in there.
Just curious. How can the tank be overstocked now if the fish still need time to grow. .......GoldPuffer The kids must love your tank especially with Nemo in there. I can almost picture the fingerprints that get wiped everyday.

I already stated the obvious Dustin, in a nice way, u didnt have to come out like that. I already said the tang was gonna get big. And that butterfly has plenty of room, it will need to go eventually as well, but this tank isnt for the sake of keeping fish, its more for the entertainment of little kids, so chill. Theyll get ridda the fish wen theyre too big.

no doubt ....... some people just need to chill out ...if someone can post a pic here than I know they can read and find things out on their own ..........besides what do you think your gong to accomplish by flaming someone? do you think that the person is going to go first thing in the morning and net the tang and rush it back to the lfs? I doubt it ....save the flames for the people that come on this site ask for advice and do what they want anyway.
That tank is for children to enjoy...let them enjoy it
by the way GREAT TANK im shure the kids love it!

Funny Stuff

Yeah My Dad has kept a Yellow tang (big one) with a lot of diff fish and kept him for as long as he got his tank from the begiunin to the end when he got tired of it and it was a 55 gallon
You just need to know how to take care of it
and the tang will be fine.
Lol I Bet many people dissagreee with me here but
Ive done it too.

I'm sorry if I started this ball rolling.I'm sure he wasn't trying to flame GP.It's kinda hard to type in a few words what one truely means.I see now that he probably meant to say that there might be some future problems.I have a Sailfin in my 55g.Hes/Shes the size of a quarter.I know he/she will not be able to live full term in there but for the time being I'll enjoy raising him/her.It will go to a better set up somewhere when the time comes.Ive seen a huge Yellow Tang that was traded back to the LFS.It had to be the size of a plate.Theres no way that Yellow couldve grown that big in a 55g.Ive also seen a large(atleast 5in) true/false perc there too. I wouldnt put those 2 in a 55 but I have 2 small percs and the SF Tang in my 55 and there doing great...... Im sure people have enough sense to see when a fish is too big and do something for the benefit of the fish. Atleast I hope so.
