Be careful with clove polyps because they can grow like a weed! I think if you place them in a hih spot in the tank that it may limit there growth. The same thing with xenia which is the problem I have encountered. I cut the xenia and 10 more polyps will replace one big stalk. I am now squirting Joe's Juice on the smaller polyps and that seems to be taking care of things for now. I like polyps and yours look great, I just wanted to give you sopme FYI!

Anything nonaggressive. However they may compete with space with another rock crawler like zoos.

OMG! Is that what these are? I found a pic of them on the net and fell in love! Are they the same as Xenias?

My all time favorites! Metalic green centered with orange tips.

Cloves look very similar to some xenia, but they're in a different family.
Puffer, that's a pipe organ coral. Cloves and pipe organs are pretty similar when open, but the pipe organs have a hard skeleton on the bottom.

I had no idea what they were, I had never seen them before, they actually came on a piece of LR, and are getting bigger. I posted a pic awhile back and someone said they were clove polops, figured they knew what they are talking about cause I didn't. I have never seen them anyplace for sale, do you know the reson or any info on them, it reminds me of a wild flower, love it!
I love your cloves!

Since mine aren't cloves like I thought, do you still want to trade frags someday?

Thx! They're pretty hard to find. I traded a lot for them a couple months ago.
