i also found this one. please anyone let me know which one i should do?
the reason why im asking this is because my water thats in chamber 2 keeps lowering. and i believe its my black filter that makes it. like the water fills to the top and then like 5 hours the water is like 5 inches low. can it be my light. its a clip on and its a 7 watt.

Will the chaeto get any light there? I may be misunderstanding the picture but....it's in the back chamber with filter floss covering it?

its not a filter. my lfs said i never have to clean it. that it has to get dirty. and the more dirty it is the better it is. i ask why and they said thats were the bacteria is. and i add the small lr to grow pods.
