Ongoing Problem

Alright, here is my problem now. About a month and a half to two months ago I purchased 2 Regal Tangs from my LFS. These fish looked great when I purchased them. I brought them home, acclimated them but not for as long as I would have liked to. When I put the bags in the tank and then closed the lid the bags ripped and all the air escaped causing the bag to "cave in" on the fishes. This happened after about 25 min. I mixed a small amount of tank water in the bags, did my best to keep the air in the bags, and then released the fish into the tank for fear than they would be suffocated by the bag. The fish immediately hid in the rocks and did not come out until the next day. Since then they seem to be extremely happy and they are always with each other, when one comes out, the other always follows. They eat absolutely great. A week after I got them they came down with ich, one of them was really infested and the other wasnt that bad. I was told to treat with coppersafe so I did. It seemed to do the job. It has been about 5 weeks since I started treating. I started to remove the copper by doing water changes and putting new carbon in the filter, but nothing seems to take out the copper. The fish now have what looks like little holes in their heads. They still eat great and act fine. The other day I noticed that one of them was scrathing against the rocks. I dont know what to do. Could the ich have come back, or could the fish have copper poisoning? Any Help would be greatly apprecitated.
By the way, the regal tangs also look like they have some tattered underside fins.
