i have these onions like things that are max an inch and there are 4-5 of them please help

i'm sorry i was veg there it's a 55 gl inverts 2 turbos fiash 1 clarkii clown 1 yellow tang yes i know not suppossed to have him and 2 fire fish i have been busy the past 2 weeks so i just cleaned it out and noticed them

Google Tunacates (s) and see if your looking at the same thing.
Otherwise probably just a form a Macro. Nothing to worry about unless its out of control
