I just went to get the mysis shirmp out of the freezer and saw that I left it out from yesterday. Will it be alright to refreeze it or can bad stuff grow in that short amount of time?

I would toss it.Would you eat a fish fillet that was left out overnight???It is spoiled....

The better safe than sorry way is to toss it. Another way to look at is from a fish's point of view. They don't get fresh food in the wild but their food usually is in water though. I would check the smell, color, ect. of it and make a conclusion from it.

The one time I forgot to put my food away I threw it out. Better safe then sorry. My lfs once had a power outage for a few hours everything started to thaw and get mushy and they threw it all out rather then chance selling or using bad food.
