She has decided to ride it out according to one of her posts. Apparently she was on the safer side of where Rita was to hit. Of course we will all know more as soon as she is online if power holds up in a few days.
May prayers are with all stuck in the path.

Yup, all is well...and I presume with Molamola as well because she is even further west than I am. Lots of twigs and stuff around the yard, but the only major damage was to the Texas flag flying across the street...but on she waved.
We had several power surges over night but never lost power.

The only big impact is that there is no gas to be found.....so time will tell. But when 2.7 million people try to evacuate from this area alone, things like that happen.
