Opinion On Live Rock

Hello,
I have some questions regarding saltwaterfish.coms live rock. I have a 90 gallon tall glass aquarium and I plan to put 80 lbs of live sand, Protien skimmer, and live rock. I was wondering how dense the rock was. any one who has used saltwaterfish.coms, ***********.com's carribeans live rock, or any live rock that is worth purchasing. I need nice helthy live rock thats not to heavy. also any protien skimmers that are worth it. I currently have a redsea on my 30 gallon and it dosent live up to what it should.

density should depend on what type of live rock you get.
Tonga is more branchy
Florida is more dense not as open
Fiji is open but you need to know where it comes from there.
Marshal is a little less dense and more open the fiji
Depending on the look your after will depend on the area you get it from.

I hear the more porus the rock the more critters can get in and make it home

For what it's worth, I bought live rock from swf.com, and I love it. One word of warning: they will send you less than you might think! I ordered the 20-25 pound box, and the whole shipment (cooler, packaging, water, rock, and alll) was exactly 20.0 pounds.
