Opinions on a pump....

I have been using two T4's for about a year now and am very happy with them. They are very quiet, so quiet you can't tell they are running unless you touch them. One major draw back to these pumps is that they run very hot and can raise your tank temperature a few degrees. If you already have issues with keeping your tank temp down, stay away from them.

Rye I don't have the T-1 but I believe that the T-1 and T-2 are the ones with the stainless steel rotors, the T3 and T4 are the ones with the titanium roters.
I use the T-3, and was attracted by the fact that it really is a super quiet pump as my tank is in my bedroom. The no fault warrenty and the thermal switch were just to hard to pass up trying this pump. So far (other than a few user problems) I really love this pump, 11 months now on my 90 gal. If anything at all I wish I had purchased the T-4.
