I don't know what is in #4, can't find the orange you are referencing to. Maybe circle it.
I do know the whitish asterick type formations on the center of #1 look a lot like a candy coral skeleton.
Any full tank shots? I always like to see how people arranged their rock.
The coral in #1 is still alive and I have it all over the tank with the animal inside coming out all the time with the bright white tips...the thing in #4 looks like a aloe vera plant almost..its on the bottom of the piece slightly to the right...I will post a full tank pic in a sec...I only have about 22 lbs of LR in my tank...just started..
It looks good "really cool colors I love orange!" On the pic I dont know what it is either I know what your talking about just dont know mabey a flower anemone or a type of aptasia. Aptasia will need to be removed "if" that is what it is.

Are these things you mentioned found in all LR? I assume they are bad for the tank?
