I have had my 14" carrot sponge for a few months now in a fowlr & ls. It has been doing fine. But, now it seems to be having some small clear almost white blister things on it. I burst one to see what would happen and under the "blister" there was a hole. Almost like the blister ate a hole in my sponge. There are alot of them.. Can someone tell me what this is? Is my sponge dying?
