orange shoulder tang

he started developing the darker region on his shoulder a year ago but it still hasnt formed the orange completely. will it ever? Is there anything i can do to jumpstart it?

it will but you cant do anything. take a pic. a fish is like a human. you grow old at a certain rate and same goes to the fish.
i have a orange shoulder tang to and i dont mind if it stays the same

how big is it. It usually change into it's mature colors at 4". But mine is 4" still no change in colors..
