Orange Spotted Goby and Anemone

I knew that these guys liked to burrow and sift sand, but this is crazy.
I just bought a 3" for a friends 29g aquapod and he went right to work. He placed himself under a rock and started to sift. He is making the water very cloudy and it is making the coral upset.
My question is, will this cloudy water hurt the HUGE RBTA that they have in there now?
Any suggestions on this would be appreciated.

i have a yellow blue spotted watchmen goby and he sifts sand also...i have 5 RBTs and they are all doing fine, give the little guy time hell clean that sand bed right up for your friend
