Its going to take a while to get it to come out. Feed it every other day at first, and it will slowly show more polyp extension. I see dead tissue, but thats the common thing nowadays, since the FS usually dont feed them.
I recommend cyclops and mysis.

like said above (not sure why bumped :p) there's very little dead polyps (just down in the lower left hand) so the sun coral looks fine. your avatar though... that's a little disturbing

An excellent way to 'spot' feed them is to cut out the bottom of a plastic liter soda bottle.
Take the cap off and put the cut end of the bottle over the sun polyp. squirt in your mysis or cyclopeze and sc..rew the top on. Let sit for 15 minutes. The polyps will probably extend to feed.

nice sun coral, looks really healthy, a bit of dead tissue seems to be normal, mine had about that much when I bought it. they normally open up at night for feeding, interduce a bit of food at lights out and they should start to open, then feed them. they will get use to being feed in the evening, mine have gotten were they start to open even before the lights start to dim. I usually feed about three times a week. and have a lot of new growth.
