Hey all!
I just tried to order a 89.99 reef cleaner package, however when I Hit Confirm or at least when i thought i did, it took me to a "Your cart is Empty" screen?! Did my order get placed..did i get riped off? I went to the order status screen afterwards and nothing was there, that and i sent them a email with my contact info and to get back with me ASAP. Has anyone had a similar experience with this site, if so what happened? oh yeah and another thing whats with there not being a telephone contact number, not sure if i like that very much. anyways enough of the bad, i really love this site its helped me so much and i cant wait to make my purchase, just want some answers i guess.
Thanks in advance

not really sure. You done the best that you could and what we would have recomended is to contact SWF. Nobosy on the boards to my knowledge is actually part of the store aspect of the board just the forums.
If the cart did overcharge which I doubt then it will be correct I am sure of that.
Welcome to the board!!!

Although I've never ordered from here, I'd guess your order wasn't placed . . . 999 times out of 1000, when I order things online, an automated confirmation email is sent nearly immediately.
I think problems like this are either something not filled out right during the ordering process, or a problem with the site (Could be a javascript error, the process took too long and it automatically timed-out, something like that).
Did you see anything that indicated an issue? Sometimes I'll have a problem ordering something and not know why, only to discover there was an incorrectly filled out box, and I didn't see the problem notice right away.

If you are concerned about charging $$ online, try the Citibank or Amex security systems. Citibank issues me a temporary card # good for one transaction at a predetermined amount so that the merchant can't multi-bill me or a hacker can't steal my card #, because it dies after one use. Very safe.
