order to add these fish

if i were to get these fish, what would be the best order to add them to my tank?
snowflake eel
volitan lion
humma humma
puffer/boxfish
angel (unsure of which i like best)
also how many puffers can you keep per tank? eg: regardless of size of the tank ie: angel's = 1 per tank

i forgot to add that YES i have researched compatibility and have found its trial and error, works for some, doesnt work for others (just to save all the "lions and triggers and puffers don't go together"

if urn gonna do a trigger do a bluejaw, sargassum or a very young niger which u should add last, not a humu, humus r crazy and will kill, i saw a 3" humu chase a 22" grouper.

yeah i knew to add the trigger last,
i mainly want to know what order to add the other fish though,

dude just dont add the trigger 1, 2 if i wer to add them the order i would go in is: sfe, lion, puffer, angel, trigger (NOT humu)

well the huma is my favourite fish and one that i have wanted since the beginning, the one i want is maybe 2inches long and besides....... gives me an excuse to get another tank
