ordering caulupera online

Set up the refugium yesterday in anticipation of getting a Tang in 3-4 weeks. No source for caulupera in my area. Looking on the net is confusing.
What kind should I order. How will it be shipped?
How much do I need to have a good supply for the Tang? Should I grow more than one kind? Any advice appreciated. Thanks.

I know this doesn't answer your question. What's
a refugium? I run my 30 gallon tank using protein skimmer and Hagen Internal Filter. Have been using
for 8months now with moderate success.
Is this refugium thing differnt from sump? Would appreciate if you could provide say pictures
of how this is constructed!
