I have ordered from this site for a long time. Where I live I do not have a local store so everything i get for my tank is online. I have never had a problem in all the years i have ordered. I have recently ordered and some of my order came dead. I have not had this problem before with them, so i waited till the next morning to make sure it was dead and then submitted my request to saltwaterfish web site. A few weeks later after bugging them on the status of the return they finally emailed me that I have a credit. I went to spend the credit and everything I wanted was in the freehip. I tried to use the freeship and my credit and it would not let me. So I called for 2 days trying to get and help and no one would answer the phone. I finally emailed and they told me I could not use the freeship and my credit on the same order. So, not only do they have my money I have no product from them and to order again what came dead I pay shipping on it twice. If the product comes dead again i do not get a credit for it either. Once the credit is used you cannot get your money back on the credit they gave you. Pure robbery!! How is this good customer service!!! I will never order from them again. They want your money and don't care if the product is good or not. What a Scam!!!

Here is a link to SWF guarantee which spells out their guarantee and procedures for full money back. For info you provided, it sounds like the delay in reporting the DOAs would have kicked you into the 15 day guarantee. It seems like the store provided you with what you are entitled.

The guarantee is linked right on the storefront's homepage so nothing was hidden or in fine print.

If you make another order and include your coupon code, you should be ok.
