Ordering from this site?

I am thinking of ordering some crabs from this site and I was wondering how the service is? I am leary of ordering something that I haven't seen and I also don't want to contaminate my tank somehow. I am wondering how you guys have liked your orders through here.

Everything is sold out. Maybe due to the cold weather. The only thing I can find to buy is a gift certificate. I have ordered off of here 8 or 9 times. On my 2nd to last shipment. I ordered 3 camelback shrimp. Only one made it. They destroyed one during shipment. They replaced it for free. Everything else has been in superb condition and better than they say it is.

I have ordered twice and everything has been great. No probs at all. Also have recieved more than what was supose to both times. this may be due to them saying the item was bigger than what they sent though. I will take 3 toadstools anyday and 2 colt frags instead of one who wouldn't.

I think the sold out thing is due to holidays They had some awsome specials right before they shut the doors. about 2 weeks ago. 1.99 Royal gramma 20 free turbos got both of those
