ordering lights offline

Depending on where you order from, light bulbs "should" be packed pretty well. I just ordered 6 T5 bulbs back at the beginning of January from one of the major online retailers and they came packed in a triangular shaped box that appeared to be made specifically for 48" long light bulbs. They all came in perfectly.

I too ordered the Nova Extremes 30" they shipped very well nothing broken bulbs in tact..

I ordered lights (43 inches) from, *****, a site. When I opened the four lights they were all broke. It took a while for them to give me the credit. Then I ordered lights from a ******* They package the lights awsome. This is the only place I order my lights from

Should be fine....most are packed very well......If you have an issue with UPS, see if the store you buying from with ship with a different carrier as well.

I ordered the aquactinics Tx5 and they amazed me with the bulbs. They had 5 T-5 bulbs packed in a 2" PVC pipe. Then the PVC was in a box packed with packing peanuts. All bulbs were perfect and still in there cardboard wrapping. It was a tight fit but that's why they did not break. The fixture was in it's own box wrapped in bubble wrap and was perfect with nothing wrong.
Now I ordered lights one time from

and the bulbs were broken and the splash shield was broke. They sent me replacement bulbs and one of the replacement bulbs were broke. So on the third try I had the light up and working. Then 6 months later it almost caught fire!!
