i would like to have a sharks. i am not sure what size tank i would need. that largest tank that i can fit in my house or even get thru the door would be like a 144x24x24 or maybe a 144x30x30. is there any way to go with a smaller tank and still get a shark. i have a 72x18x28 now. however he wont be in that tank.
also, where do i order them from? are they hard to care for? are they easy to treat for sickness. howmany should i get.
oh yeah, i dont want a little bitty shark. i want one that is at least 2 feet, maybe more

I have a friend with a 75 gallon tank that houses 2 nurse sharks. They don't seem to move around much, but they're sure cool to look at!

LivingWater: if you have the money and your serious about it I can get some people down there to build you a 16x4.5x5
It will be a 3200 gallon. You could keep about 5 black tip or white tip reef sharks in it. Only 3 if you plan on keeping other fish with them and live rock.
The tank will have to go on your basement floor or your first level if you have a slab. It's going to weigh 17 tons. Otherwise if you have an open air two level room we can move tanks through windows, sliding doors, and even through your roof. Just remember sharks cost $$$
