Ornamental clam in nano?

I am not sure what forum to put this question in, so I guess this is as good as any. Can a clam go into a nano tank or is this just not enough water volume. Has anybody tried or should I say succeeded? I am not saying I would do this, just a thought.

I do not think I would ever get one, as I am not sure I could care for one, and would not want to kill it. This is more curiosity question. So what size tank and how many watts would it take to keep one?

in a 24 gallon with 72 watts, eh? first off, a 24 gallon is not a nano, and second off, 72 watts over that tank is crap. I would say that 96 over a 10 gallon isnt good enough either. BUT, with some immense lighting, and maybe a 15 gallon tank, with pristine water quality and the right care, i guess its possible. That is if you want to baby the thing. Even then, a clam can become the size of the nano in time, so i wouldnt do it anyway...
