I've been quite busy this weekend redoing our bathroom. We were removeing the old plastic, 1950's salmon colored tile and replacing it with a tub surround. This plastic tile has been covered with a plastic ducktaped to the wall for the last year, as tiles have been falling off left and right.
Well, I got the old rotting drywall off, put up new greenboard and replaced the plumbing and shower fixtures. I was planning on finishing up the surround this after noon and evening, but got thinking about doing it all in tile instead, so we took a trip to Home Depot to check out tile.
well, to make a long story shorter, we are leaning more towards doing it all in tile, and here is a photo of the ceramic tile trim we found that we might use...
They also have single tiles with seahorses, corals, and other salt water fish that you can scatter thoughout the wall....
