Just thought I'd try a few pics of our 35 hexagon.It's been up and running great for 2 years,I recently upgraded the lighting and began adding some corals,the fish and inverts have been there since the beginning.

Very nice. How did you keep yourself from filling that baby up with coral for 2 years?

It wasn't easy! My wife bought it and set it up with the stock lighting(would not support corals).Finally 2 years later,she's bored with it! So I bought a 150 MH and put a skimmer on and plan on a large amount os zoos! So far I have some orange rics,PPE's,PD's,Safecrackers,Tubbs blues(haven't opened yet,hope they make it),brown button polyps,yellow toadstool and some GSP.Still looking for colorful zoas and palys.

JW what type of lighting do you have? I have the same tank and, am having trouble finding a light fixture that will work on the hex. thanks

AZUL1994,The lighting in a clampon fixture,they come in 70 and 150 watt DE MH.Mine is the 150.I'll get a pic shortly and post it for you.It cost like $225 for a new one.

Ok,as far as I know there are 2 name brands out there that make this style light.Mine is a Coralife.Here's some pics!

Seahorses was the original idea for the tank,but now I just want to fill it with nice zoas and palys.My wife loves the 2 clownfish that live in the tank.
