Our current government goes to far now!

Auto industry-bailed out
mortgage companies-bailed out
Troops-Get the shaft.
Our troops are about to receive a mere 1.4% pay raise. The lowest in recent history since 1962. In the grand scheme of the budget, this totals a pathetic 350 million. How much in subsidies and unemployment are we handing out to people not getting off the couch in comparison?

Speaking as someone who's son is playing in the sandbox right now I don't have a problem with the modest raise for the military. As long as they aren't the one's getting the brunt of the cuts
