Overflow Box Height?

im using a eshopps 800 overflow and i got it all hooked up to my sump. i dont know how high to set the skimmer box though...does anybody know? thanks.

Totally up to you. If you have a canopy, I generally like the water height to be above the bottom edge of the canopy, for a flush look. Just keep in mind raising/lowering the box might require you add or remove some water from your sump.

oh ok...thats good to know. thanks. i guess all that really matters is making sure the height it is set at wont make the sump overflow.
