overflow/prefilter on my 10g reef

I am trying to design/find a hang-on overflow/prefilter for my 10g nano-reef. I have an excessive bio-load on the tank and get a protein layer on the surface 2 or 3 days after my water changes. I am going to set-up a mini-refugium sump with a 180gph return pump(i think). I was just wondering if anyone had seen an overflow/prefilter setup for a tank this small. Thanks.

I think 180 will throw water out of your tank.
I have a big bioload too. I switched my return pump to a Rio 400(should have got the 600) and I have an Eheim 600 Powerhead in the tank.
I pointed the right side outlet towards the surface. It does a good job now.
This is a good mod you can do to help with the film. Also run a bag of Chemi-Pure.
